Q. How can I make a purchase?
|
|
A. In order to make a purchase, you must use the "Contact Us" link and let us know which items you wish to purchase and the quantity. At that time we will let you know if the items are in stock. If we have everything you request, we will then send you payment instructions and set your item(s) aside for you with your name on them. You will have seven (7) days to have payment at our office, otherwise the products go back on the shelf and will be available to the general public. Once we have payment, we will then ship your items and send you a confirmation email regarding shipment. Your order is shipped within one (1) business day after receiving confirmed payment.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. We accept payments via Paypal and also money orders from the U.S. Post Office. We will not accept any other type of money order due to all the scammers and the USPS money orders are the toughest to duplicate.

Q. What is the preferred method of shipping for TheWetFish?
|
|
A. We prefer to ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). We feel that we can offer lower shipping fees when using USPS therefore saving you valuable money.

Q. What do I do if my item(s) was damaged during shipping?
|
|
A. You have 48 hours after you receive your item(s) to make a damage claim to TheWetFish. I require that you notify me first using the "Contact Us" link and describe the situation. Please also include the item that was damaged and a sales (invoice) number. After doing so I will send you shipping instructions.

Q. Is my personal information safe?
|
|
A. We do not sell or share any information with anybody.

Q. I found something I wanted to purchase yesterday and it is not available today. Will it be available again?
|
|
A. We do our best to maintain a consistant inventory, however sometimes we do run out of something. If this situation arises, feel free to contact us and let us know what item you were interested in and we will do our best to have it back in stock ASAP.
